"Absolutely disgusting"

About: Springfield University Hospital (London)

Unfortunately the "care" I expected has been blown with nothing but absolute bad manners and not been listened to. I have to go Springfield for help but unfortunately the help and care have honestly not been great. I feel that I am told what to do, not understanding the situation I'm in. It's just a mess and I'm fed up of being treated so badly when no staff members listen and management just seem to be okay with it all. Absolutely upsetting and I would not recommend it to anyone.
