(as a service user),

Took me 21 years to get to this stage. Really difficult for me to even walk into the inclusion centre. Then all the staff want to do is gather personal information. I wanted help not to give away personal details

Thank you for your post. I am very sorry for your recent experience but I am glad I have had an opportunity to speak with you directly about your concerns and explain our processes. I will certainly feed back to the Team the issues you raised.
