I have always found the surgery friendly and welcoming, I moved from another surgery locally that I struggled to even get an appointment in, I have always got an appointment when I need one at Munro, often same day.

Some people will never be happy whatever service they get, try the alternative GPs locally, you will soon come back! Thank you
