(as the patient),

I had a procedure as an out patient in the Brunel Ward and I must say the staff were amazing. Very chirpy and caring. I was admitted at 7:30 am and my procedure was delayed till after 6pm due to another patient. Even with such a long shift, from nurses to the surgeons they were all very friendly. Thank you.
