"Trying to get answers about my medication"

Saw Dr in April with a rash all over my body and calcified veins in my ankle said he would refer me to dermatology and for a Doppler scan. In early June after contacting the surgery several times I got 4 letters from the NHS with appointments in September and October 3 were for the same date and time but different locations. Phoned the surgery and was told to pick the one i wanted to go to. Latest issue is that I take thyroid medication 100mcg. I put a prescription in for Epaderm cream pick it up and had thyroid tablets that were 25mcg with no explanation for reduced dosage. Contacted the surgery several times included using message from website no responses eventually contacted them today(21/06/2019) with a promise that they would speak to doctor and ring me before they closed. nothing, I am about go away for a week not knowing what dosage to take.........Still no date for Doppler
