"Easy and hassle-free"

I was referred to the breast clinic by my GP and, although I was made aware that the waiting time may be up to 18 weeks, I received an appointment within 4 weeks of being referred. When I attended the outpatient clinic today, I was really impressed by the efficiency of the service. The staff were all friendly and professional, they listened and treated me as a person and not simply another patient. Receiving all of the scans and results in one appointment meant that I received information quickly and without any fuss. I want to thank everyone I came into contact with today for making what could have been a stressful experience an easy and hassle-free one.
