"Good GP but needs improvement"

Where do I start the reception staff are very good, caring and friendly compared to my last visit the improvement is shocking in a good way so that's a credit to the practice. The reception staff try there best to help you as much as they can and get things sorted. When it comes to the doctors the main doctor of the practice is the only one I trust as he is always caring, understanding and treats your problem straight away. The female doctor I came across at reception on the day of my appointment is one to avoid she is very stuck up and rude for no reason and got involved with a question I asked to the lovely reception staff why shes was there I have no idea that's one thing the practice needs to sort out as this is unprofessional. Another member of staff who was present at the time is a bit difficult and unhelpful I don't think she knows what she is doing. The main nurse is very sweet she's always smiling and is a very positive person she is a credit to the practice along with the main doctor and the reception staff. So I highly recommend the main doctor and the main nurse at this GP. I would like to thank all the reception staff for being so kind and caring.
