"I'd be lost without her"

I would give my advocate Sara 50 out of 10 she is amazing. We sit down together before going to meetings and have a good talk beforehand then she acts on my behalf. My brain doesn't always understand what people are saying to me and I find it hard to speak up so Sara explains it all to me in a way I can understand.

She is my advocate, she is my voice. She came with me to my GP appointment and helped to explain things to me after. I would be lost without her, it brings tears to my eyes thinking about how she helps me, she is a keeper.
