"Botulinum toxin injections"

About: University College Hospital

I hade operation yesterday. They planned to do colonoscopy + botox in my fissure+hemoroid on pre assessment I say that I am breastfeeding at night and I can stop it if is dangerous to my baby after treatment. I was informed on pre assessment and 30 min before operation that I need stop breastfeeding just 24 h after general anaesthetic. However when I woke up after operation the nurse say that I just have colonoscopy done because surgeon decided that Botox is harmful to the baby and I should use cream for another 2 month to heal my fissure . I was never that disappointed in my life because I am in pain sinces January and I use cream more then 2 month and my fissure is no healing. After I chat with surgeon I explain that I’m no fully breastfeeding my little angel just take breast for less then 5 min at night because he still hade habbit and they exactly knows that they didn't say that they will decide to do nothing . Surgeon told me if I will complete stop give breast to my baby he can put injection with Botox I say YES and I ask if is painful he said no because anhastetic medication still working. They take me to ward and nurse start procedure that make me left ward full informed before they can let me go home. Surgeon come there with another man and he put that injection. I was start screening that all ward can hear me I was feeling everything injection was put in my muscles on fissure he can’t finish because of the pain after I cry 20 mini from pain that he give me they could do it while I was on anaesthetic but they refused because of them stupid decisions 😫😖😣😪
