(as the patient),

I attended CBT with Caroline for a 1 hour appointment a week for 15 weeks I think it was. The difference to how I felt in the 1st few weeks to the last few was a massive improvement. Caroline was extremely patient with me & worked out the most appropriate parts of cbt to help me in my situation. The things that Caroline taught me has helped me on soooooo many occasions. I am so grateful for the help I received & so glad I went along to my CBT sessions.
