"Send a prescription using wrong person!"

I contacted the telephonist to advise that the problem of someone using my name down south, is still going on; apparently Trowbridge Wiltshire is in Leeds!

Previously, the secretary I was told, phoned them down there to say I'm registered with this surgery, so maybe it the fault of the other surgery as they were informed by the secretary here. The drugs I get on my prescription are important to me, so I want them to get to the right person, not someone falsely using my details down South, in another practice. I got the drugs, but has the wrong address as stated, so this I had been reassured it would be sorted and a tel. call made back to me today, but she never called back. I reckon they probably don't need drugs , they just stole my id prob down south and I just worry my prescription would be cancelled up here just cos you believe the fraudster down south is me! They probably just used the details for financial reasons; not health reasons like me!
