every time I have phoned the surgery the doctor phones me back to see if they can help me over the phone, if not I get an appointment the same day depending on my symptoms . Everyone very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend .

I am really sorry for the delay in responding to your post, but we have had an IT problem.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on our appointment system. We try very hard to offer same day care to our patients and it is lovely to hear when we are providing the service that works well for our patients. I will share your comments with the practice team.
