"A first class experience"

I was slightly apprehensive about going for treatment at this hospital after reading the mixed reviews. I needn't have worried.

The whole experience was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. The staff and the consultant made me feel really welcome and reassured me throughout my initial consultation and my pre-assessment. All of my questions were answered and my concerns over the treatment itself were taken seriously and answered fully. On the day of my procedure I was taken to my room by a porter who explained about the facilities and what would happen next. The nursing staff explained everything that would happen and helped to make me feel relaxed.

I had a local anaesthetic and in theatre the consultant explained everything as he went along. After treatment I was returned to my room where I was monitored by the nurses. I was given tea and toast and then told that I could go home whenever I was ready. I was never made to feel rushed. I'm extremely grateful to and impressed with all the staff I came into contact with, and cannot recommend the hospital highly enough.
