(as the patient),

I went into the day ward at Victoria hospital, to get three wisdom teeth removed,  I was absolutely terrified if I am honest, but the nurses and team made me feel so much better and much calmer. If I had any questions I was not afraid to ask even if they were stupid little questions, everyone was so friendly! Even the woman who walked me through to the theatre, saw I was getting worked up, she went out her way to relate to me and make me feel like I wasnt alone, so thank you so much jess. 

Once returning back to my ward after I was made to feel very welcome and that I had done amazing, so thanks to the wonderful julie and her team.
