I attended your out-of-hours surgery this morning at the Minor Injuries Clinic.

Firstly, thank you for providing this service, it is a sacrifice.

It takes you away from family and friend time and I truly appreciate it.

Secondly the doctor I saw today was wonderful.

For the first time ever I feel fully informed about my condition and how to react when flare-ups occur.

I have had DV for almost ten years and this is the first time anyone has suggested antibiotics.

That even when being treated at a hospital in Devon, no medical professional suggested that antibiotics may help relieve the symptoms.

Following my appointment today I left feeling I had listened to and understood.

I also came away with far more information about the condition and a much greater understanding of how to react when I do experience an attack than I have ever done and that is quite something..

I can not tell you how grateful I am and please pass my thanks to the doctor who treated me this morning..
