"Very rude and unhelpful worse experience"

I went and saw a woman, first of all she was running late. When we were doing the assessment she did not care about what I was saying and was very rude not just to me but my friend who came to support me, she was very unhelpful and I felt worse after I left then before I went in. I would never recommend going here if you suffer with bad mental health issue ect as you will probably want to kill yourself afterwards. The overall environment and situation was very unpleasant and was coping better alone then with help from someone who does not care about your wellbeing.
