"Ward A4"

I really wanted to commend all the staff:cleaners,cooks,orderlies ,porters, ultra-sound, suppport staff,nurses and doctors who supported me recently during ny3/4 night stay in ward A4. I have never seen people work so hard ,with care,patience,commitment and genuine concern for each patient.Beds were freshly made, the meals were good and fresh and the standard and thoroughness of care were exemplary. There were some challenging patients on the ward ( geriatric/ dementia), but the attention to each patient’s needs went above and beyond at all times.I appreciate that the NHS is under considerable stress and that financial cuts are hitting hard, but not for one minute has this affected the quality of care given.Please congratulate all staff for their unceasing kindness and hard work.
