"Sepsis scare"

About: St John's Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

After a sepsis scare I was taken to St Johns hospital by ambulance. From the minute I arrived despite feeling so unwell I was made to feel safe and cared for. All members of staff from student nurses to doctors were excellent and kept both my husband and I informed. They were professional, calm and knowledgeable and I received emergency treatment very quickly despite it being a busy weekend night. A very positive experience and one that I hope can be fed back to staff.
