Extremely disappointed by the mis-information provided by the reception staff who seemed to have no understanding of procedures and, in the event, after a round trip to the local hospital to waste further NHS time, based on this mis-information, ended up next door at the pharmacy, which provided the solution..
It was very frustrating to discover later that when advised they were following procedure, it was a falsehood and it was simply they were short staffed and not willing to help.
I would take the staff to task about the way I was treated except I am they would claim I was disrespecting them and point me at the abusive sign.
They offer no way to talk to them about an issue. And I could cope with this situation as I am not suffering with any lack of confidence - how do people cope if they have mental health issues to deal with on top of this?
