"I cannot thank the Paramedics and Hospital staff enough"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Respiratory medicine West Midlands Ambulance Service University NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

This June I experienced a prolonged coughing, due to a chest infection, which ended up in wife dialing 999. The ambulance arrived within 20minutes . The Paramedics spent over an hour working on me at home before taking to A&E at Heartlands Hospital. My treatment at  at Heartlands was excellent. Although under severe pressure i was always treated with respect and dignity . Numerous tests were carried out and I was eventually discharge after 6 hours feeling confident that every possible test had been to carried out to ensure there was no other health issues.

I cannot thank the Paramedics and Hospital staff enough for they way they helped in this distressing situation
