I have just completed a 6 week Well Now course in Dingwall. The facilitators (Val and Fiona) were excellent- knowledgeable, caring and fun. I now know that I can make significant health improvements without actively pursuing weight loss. My mental health has improved over the last 6 weeks. I am less anxious around food and I am enjoying more physical activity. I thoroughly recommend the course.
