About: Salisbury District Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

My wife and I attended the audiology department on Wednesday, 5th June 2019 for a hearing test and possible fitting of hearing aids.

We were called in 8 minutes after our appointment time but this was my fault because I didn’t think to register. Doh!

The member of staff we saw could not have been kinder or more professional. She took her time and explained every step of the way with clarity and patience. My wife has some significant cognitive disabilities but she was handled with a kindness and tolerance that was beyond the usual. My opinion of the SDH audiology department based on this experience could not be higher. Thank you.
