I was drinking heavily everyday because of problems in my life. I would withdraw everyday so had to keep drinking. I felt terrible in the mornings shaking everyday. I had to drink to feel better which I didn't want to do. Inclusion in Aldershot got me into detox fairly quickly and I'm now clean but it's early days. All the staff at inclusion were excellent couldn't fault them in anyway.
