I would absolutely recommend ORB to anyone.  I've found everybody incredibly friendly, informative, caring and patient.  Staff are personable to everyone and anyone.  They are non-judgemental and just want to whole heartedly help.  After years of drinking this is the first time I've abstained and I currently have 9 days sober.

Wow, what great feedback for us and what a fantastic outcome for you, 9 days sober, you should feel so proud of yourself, keep strong and doing what you are doing, because it's working. Day by day, week by week, month by month, then year by year it will become easier and automatic for you to stay sober, make sure you have some effective relapse prevention plans in place.

Keep accessing the services you find useful, remember we don't just offer structured treatment, we have a wide range of recovery support including ETE (employment, training and education) workers that can support if you need it.

Thanks for your feedback about staff its evidences to me as service manager that we are really living our core values and it does make a difference for those using our service.
