Basically, I was not impressed about the customer service received, particular from the receptionist on St. Andrew's Clinic's main reception desk. I did not like the rude and condescending tone of voice and the way they just handed back my letter of appointment after checking my details. They just slammed it back on the desk rather than hand it back to me with an abrupt, 'take a seat over there! ' comment. Most if not all that visit clinic are usually distressed and probably quite nervous. Customer experience should be more pleasant and welcoming for patients, making them feeling relaxed and comfortable.
"Outpatients appointments to see hand specialist."
