My son has the best time at hydro.
He has been attending blocks of hydro for years and hated it at the beginning, but as he has grown up he realises how much freedom of movement it gives him and how it eases his aches and pains. Out of the water he can only move his head and hands a little. In the water he can move his arms and legs. The pain of getting in and out of the water is far outweighed by the benefits he gets from exercising. The physio team are all amazing and he always comes out so relaxed.Thank you team for such a positive experience over the years.
