I was not aware that bringing your unwell child in to be seen by a health professional was a criminal offence. If you require medical help with some dignity and respect then go elsewhere. I doubt you will even get the chance to speak about your illness. My experience was totaly humiliating. The theory behind al of this is to put patients off from troubling the staff for appointments. The reception staff have also always been quiet proffesional and caring.
