"My stay on the ward"

Good Afternoon,

Im pleased to hear you are enjoying the quality and choice of food on offer on Cherry ward and that you find the building pleasant.

The activites staff do try to cater to all needs and will be happy to adapt the daily activities on the ward whenever possible, please feel free to talk to them and tell them what things interest you.

I have discussed your comment about knitting with bamboo needles with the activities staff, they assure me that they have a selection of knitting needles for you to chose from and will change them if they are not suitable for your needs.

We do have new staff on the ward and we are supporting them in their new roles, they have recieved training but it does take time to settle into the role and become familiar with the ward environment and routine.

I have asked the night staff on the ward to monitor the noise levels over the next four weeks, is there anything in particular that wakes you?
