I was having treatment at Broomfield hospital but now the West Essex CCG want me to go to Barts in London. On the West Essex CCG website it states that treatment should be as close to home as possible? What are they playing at. I have been trying with the help of there PALS team to find out for over 3 weeks now - and my GP can't do anything because West Essex have changed their ways, and even though their website says quality patient experience and good clinical treatment are always there?? But not in West Essex CCG. Hopeless.
