"Modesty shorts a bonus"

I was contacted by Forth Valley to ask if I was prepared to go for an overdue colonoscopy to Queen Margaret’s at short notice, which I did. So on a Wednesday in May off we went. The staff in this department were amazing, from the receptionist too Mr Daniel the consultant. I would like to thank Ann for her kindness as I had a panic attack and my b. p. went through the roof and she calmed me down, also the South African nurse, not sure of her name. I have had this procedure before but this experience was by far the best. Reassuring empathetic staff with a sense of humour is just what’s need!

The department was spotless and the bonus of modesty shorts a bonus. One very happy patient.
