(as the patient),

Arrived at York A&E after a bike accident a few days prior, having phoned 111. I was absolutely shocked at the unhygienic state of the toilets in A&E - it was totally disgusting. I took photos.

Hi there, sorry to hear the toilets weren't clean when you attended A&E. Hopefully you raised it with staff at the time, so that they could immediately phone the domestics team and get them cleaned straight away.
