"Surgery services"

I'd just like to say that the appointment services provided by the Gill medical centre are brilliant, especially the walk-in appointments. I am aware of the difficulty other patients have in getting appointments (Walkden medical centre), I've even had to make a complaint to the practice manager at this surgery and they couldn't answer why good practise in managing patient services are not implemented across the CCG. I am so grateful to the surgery to have the flexibility that makes it easy to get the right appointment for your needs.

This also helps that the reception staff are caring and empathic to their patients' needs and have help on many occasions when I have not know what is the best appointment for my needs.
