"An excellent Practice where I’ve felt fully..."

During the time my family and I have been with the Practice, some 16 years, we have always been very satisfied with service we have received. It is a small, friendly Practice where the staff are very welcoming.The doctors are genuinely caring and extremely supportive, treating you as an individual and sensitive to your needs. Even though it is a busy surgery I have always been afforded the time needed to discuss presenting problems. I always leave a consultation feeling that I’ve been listened to and reassured by knowing that there is a plan in place. Even if it has not been possible to see the GP of my choice the same day, I’ve been able to have a telephone call with one of the GP’s if it has been something that I’ve needed urgent advice on. On such occasions this has been extremely helpful and reassuring. In short, I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the professional and dedicated service at this surgery.
