"Still waiting"

My GP refured me to insight after severe depression. I waited 6 weeks for an assessment interview with a very young girl who seemed to have little knowledge about her role or my depression. She sat in front of her laptop ticking boxes from an online form. The room they hired was not very suitable. It was in a playgroup school. She then said that insight would contact me within 10weeks for my first therapy session. That was 5 months ago. I have tried to contact insight and they won't answer the phone.Very disappointed and yes I'm still depressed.
