"Excellent and caring service"

I have only received an excellent and caring service from Chime at the RD&E, and at their outpost in Tiverton District Hospital.

Each time I have been to Chime, I have been involved in my care: staff have talked through my audiogram with me and what this means, rather than just passing me on to the ENT consultant I see straight afterwards.

They have been responsive to the deterioration in my hearing and have talked through the options for me.

Even when just popping in for hearing aid peripherals, staff have been friendly and helpful.

I am glad that I have found such a supportive team as my hearing gets worse.
