"Friendly and very helpful"

About: Roxburghe House

(as the patient),

I have cystic fibrosis and I have gone through quite  a lot in the past few months and I felt that the day centre helped me a lot. It inspired me to go on to do things. The exercise class and the relaxation helped quite a lot. It was a way to get you motivated and help in everyday life. I did Art  which I have never done in my in life. The artists there didn't judge you. They helped you in any way that they could. The art has inspired me to carry on. Also the staff and volunteers are friendly and very helpful.

I couldn't find no fault at all. If i'm given another chance in the future I would go back. I would recommend going there

Dear Fordieman

Many thanks for taking the time to share your experience. I am so pleased to read that you found the day centre beneficial and that it provided you with motivation and the opportunity to try out new activities.

I am please to hear that you found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We always try hard to achieve both of these aspects of care and it's great for the staff to get such feedback.

I will make sure the team at the day centre get a copy of you post and compliments.

With very best wishes

Fiona Robertson

Chief Nurse
