"Apprehensive patient"

About: Chase Farm Hospital

I was booked in yesterday for a double procedure, endoscopy and colonoscopy and never having experienced either I was quite apprehensive. The reception staff were very welcoming and it only got better from there. The facilities are amazing but the nursing staff even more so! Friendly, informative, professional and calming. The consultant was lovely too with a very personable manner and explained everything as he performed the procedures.Thank you so much for my care it was much appreciated.
