"Communication and appointments"

I first visited The Circle ENT department in September 2018, after seeing the consultant he asked to see me in three months time for a follow up appointmen in December, I was told the hospital would arrange this and call me. After hearing nothing I called in December and was told there was one appointent that had just become available, lucky for me I thought. After seeing the consultant he again said the hospital would arrange anot her follow up appointment for March 2019, we are now almost at the the end of May with no appointment phone call so I called the hospital today to see what is happening to be told the consultant has gone part time and there are no appointments till September a year from my original appointment, I still suffer with the same original problem with no hope of seeing anyone for another five months. Are there really no appointments ??? or have I just been lost in the system. No appointments, no communication, if you need to see an ANT specialist DO NOT use this hospital, it should not take a year to try and solve a health problem. DO NOT use this hospital
