"Excellent service"

I developed an ear infection, the local pharmacist declined to offer anything as it could have serious complications and directed me to the surgery. I was immediately offered a doctor's appointment if I was prepared to wait, which I obviously was. I was seen within 15 minutes, a diagnosis made and a prescription emailed to the pharmacist. Excellent service! And the prescription treated the infection.
