Gastroenterology cannot cope. Appointments always Cancelled with no cancellation or rescheduling letters being sent. Multiple cancelations within days of receiving a a new appointment. I Had an emergency appointment in September after a colonoscopy and have had untold cancellations since. I still have not been seen by a specialist at the hospital for gastro and we are now nearing the end of may. The breakdown of communication within the hospital and to the patients is totally unbelievable and unacceptable.
