I feel that the Patient Panel is really good experience, especially representing other Patients to help get new staff for the hospital.

Hello. Thank you for your posting. it is always good to hear about this kind of involvement. it is also good to read that you have taken part representing other Patients. I know the Staff at Rampton are working hard to get more Staff and having Patients involved is very positive.
