"Thank you again"

Thank you to the doctor at Weoley Park Surgery who acted so promptly when he realised I had a heart problem, arranged appropriate tests which led to a stay in hospital, where hopefully they will have sorted my problem. I was impressed not only by the thorough examination by my doctor at the surgery but also by the other agencies involved who were so quick with their results, The journey from doctor’s appointment to hospital was seamless and efficient. It is not the first time I have been glad of the kindness, help and support not only of the particular doctor I saw but others at the practice too, including those on reception. It is very reassuring to have confidence in this practice in a time when the nhs is not being supported properly and we hear about how we are losing GPS because of the pressures involved.
