"Hospital"

Rubbish hospital, no wonder why they failed the CQC inspection. Nan was sent from an urgent care centre due to a suspected head injury because she needed a scan. When she got there, they took her obs, bloods and did ECG. Was told the waiting time is approximately 3hrs. She was seen after over 3hrs by the dr only to be told that the dr can't do anything until she had the CT scan done which she should have had done in the first place as that was the reason she was sent there. The staff in this hospital need more training on assessing which patients need seeing urgently and which one can wait for hours! My nan is nearly 80 y/o and had a fall, sustained head injury, was dizzy and sick but had to wait for hours to be completely checked.
