I was admitted to Neustadt-Welton ward in early March 2019 for a knee replacement. I was extremely nervous as I had reached the age of 66 without any previous operations. I was surprised to be in a room of my own. The treatment I received was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for the ward staff and my operation has made a big difference. I am without pain in my right knee and am now looking forward to having the other one done. My thanks to the Health Service and the Orthopaedic department.
"Excellent treatment when I had my new knee."
