"My dad is eternally grateful"

About: East Of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance Ipswich Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

My dad is an elderly frail man of 86 years old.  He fell backwards twice and two sets of paramedics came out to help him.

He was extremely grateful for the first class care he received both from the paramedics and staff at A&E.

Currently he is in a care home, not very well, so thank your very much for being the primary carers who made the start of his illness so painless and giving him the reassurances he needed.

My dad wanted us to write this message because he is eternally grateful for treating him with dignity and respect.

Very best wishes.

Thank you for passing on your comments regarding your fathers care, I will make sure your fathers kind words are passed on to the team in A&E and the paramedic service. Many thanks
