"Directions for the hospital"

Ive been trying to put my sat nav in as i have to come a long way but postcode isnt recognised!

There is no information on kitwood ward either with contact phone number why is that please? Also my father has hearing problems and gets frustrated and shouts when he cant hear, but when i said ne needs it cleaned but it takes just a few seconds to do this job, but it has to be sent to audiology and until it comes back he is deaf ive asked for a spare hearing aid but i get no they cant do it!!! Im sorry but its hardly surprised a 90 year old man will shout hes completly lost without his hearing aid ! Hes been sent to kitwood ward but no direct line or directions on website! Im shocked and surprised at the attitude towards an elderly man its sad he has no self respect and hes so lonely take a little time to talk to him hes a lovely human being whos never shouted at me! Please correct website
