Came to Queens yesterday with my Dad who has multiple brain tumours aged 82. Appointment time was 2. 20 but not seen till 3. 10. Didn't mind the wait as consultant spent loads of time with us reassuring my Dad all the way. My Dad became a bit wobbly as had no lunch, pointed this out to nurse and she went immediately and got him a lunch bag. Thanks to all. Had a Costa on way out very reasonably priced and enjoyed while being serenaded by a delightful young man on a piano.
