I entered the xray department and the staff were polite and friendly. They were willing to help and show me to the correct waiting area. Once in the waiting area at Xray department all went quickly. Oncology was not so efficient but on speaking to the staff all was made clear.
The only negative thing I have to say is that the appointment system notification process is one that adds significant cost to your business and provides conflicting info to the patient i.e. How much fluid I had to drink for which appointment and when. I received three separate stamped letters of notification for the same appointment, two of which were on cheap paper, one on more expensive paper. This happened with both Grantham and Lincoln hospital appointments. If this is applied to all appointments it is a significant cost to the taxpayer which maybe you could use elsewhere.
