About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Day surgery

(as the patient),

I cannot praise the entire team on the surgical day admissions unit, theatre staff and the team on ward 9C highly enough. They are calm, caring and professional . Each member of staff i came into contact with put me at ease and smiled. I was very apprehensive and unsure as to what to expect. I could not have had a better experience changed days from my last experience in 1986!!

Ward 9C was a very welcoming environment.
