"A&E & Coronary Care Unit"

I was taken into A&E and then transferred to CCU with a suspected heart attack. All a bit scary. Throughout my stay all staff were unfailingly courteous and reassuring. They were really good at managing my anxieties while remaining frank and honest. A&E was heaving but staff gave me plenty of time and discussed my case with me. Up on CCU the atmosphere was wonderfully calm and professional. Again all the staff were wonderfully kind & professional. The unit had the feel of a place where the staff were absolutely on top of their job. Home now but deeply grateful to all the staff for their wonderful care.
